About Dr. Lane & Associates

We are delighted to welcome you to our practice and are pleased that you chose us to serve your dental needs. We are serious about providing superior dental care at reasonable prices and we are proud of our dedication to our patients. Our goal is to help you feel and look your very best through excellent dental care.

To facilitate being seen expeditiously at the time of your appointment, we ask that you download, print and complete the new patient forms before your arrival. See the tab titled "New Patient Forms" above. Please remember to bring the completed forms with you at the time of your appointment or mail the completed forms back to our office as soon as possible. Also, remember to bring any Insurance cards that might apply to you or your family at the time of your appointment.

If you are unable to make the appointment you have scheduled with us, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will be more than happy to reschedule the appointment at a more convenient time if necessary. In the meantime, we look forward to meeting you and providing extraordinary dentistry for your entire family!

Dr. Don Lane

Dr. Lane is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry and has been practicing dentistry since 1980. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and has received the prestigious Fellowship Award from this organization. Dr. Lane is a member of The American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society.
