HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

For new patients, come in for your initial exam, cleaning, and x-rays (services typically covered by most insurance companies) and upon doctor approval become a part of our Free Professional Whitening for Life program. Free whitening is subject to exam and doctor approval. Patients will get take-home, custom made whitening trays as well as whitening formula ($300 value) for free!

Free Professional Whitening for Life program is a courtesy to our patients as long as they keep up with their recommended treatments and visits and have no outstanding balance. When patients meet the requirements of our Free Whitening program, each patient will receive 2 Free syringes of whitening formula twice a year for life.

All patients must qualify for this program by:

• Being at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a healthy mouth and meet doctor approval.
• Must keep recommended cleaning appointments.
• Must keep all accounts current with no outstanding balances.
